Respected sir,
          I am S.Yogeshraj.I am doing my B.tech Final year in
Information technology,Did i have the eligiblity to enroll for M.Tech
Aeronautical engineering?

Sorry for the delay....  holiday season and I'm not checking my e-mail regularly....  
I wouldn't think so....  Aeronautical engineering involves many specialized (mechanical engineering type) courses...

You would probably need to take several undergrad classes to qualify....
