Question
I would love any information on scholarship to do dispatch course.
Also scholarship to get instrument rating in helicopter.
Any information on women's flying group would be great.

I just sent a response to your previous scholarship post. As far as womens organizations, I suggest checking out the Ninety Nines, Women In Aviation International and the Whirly Girls.

Most of the awards I list on my site come from these organizations as they fund the majority of flight scholarships for women. Let me know if you need something different.
