Question
Respected Sir,
I am from India. I am a graduate in commerce and now i am looking forward to do MBA in aviation. But is a person with commerce background eligible for this course or is it only for people with science background?
Please help me on this as it is a very crucial stage of my career.
Thanking you,
Pallavi

Answer
Hi,

Thanks for your question.  The MBA in general is a business degree that has pre-requisite courses from the undergraduate business program.  Therefore, if you were not an undergraduate business major, you will have to take one or two semesters of prerequisite courses in such things as accounting, finance, marketing and so forth.  Science has nothing to do with it.

The MBA in aviation is offered by Concordia University, through it's John Molson School of Business in Montreal, Quebec, Canada and by Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, Daytona Beach, Florida, USA.

Best wishes to you,
