sir,
i have apassion for aerospace engineering. i aspire to join NASA. i have set my mind to study hard. But i wanted to know what should my journey to reach NASA. please advice

Nice to hear from you.  NASA and aerospace engineering are not in my area of expertise.  I would recommend, however, that you consult the NASA website at http://www.nasa.gov and then go to the "Work for NASA" link at the upper right hand side of the main NASA page....that should give you some of the information that you are looking for.
