where can i get an aoc for an aircraft older than 15 years in the midle east or north Africa

Answer
An "AOC" is an Air Operator Certificate typically issued to Airlines, or other publicly operated air services.

Or, are you simply interested in where you can register an aircraft - assuming that it is a new acquisition  - that was previously registered in the Middle East of Africa?
