I am faisal , flight dispatcher , from Pakistan.
I have some questions .
1-what are stage1, stage2 and stage3 engines and what is difference between them?
2-what is difference between LCN (load classification number) and PCN (pavement classification number)?

In question one,are you refering to stages in a turbine engine?
Question two. Where did you find those terms? Are they airport regulation specifications?
My area of expertise is in aircraft maintenance. I was an FAA authorized inspector for thirty years. I will be glad to research your questions once I am clear of what they are.
