Answer
To earn the biggest paycheck you would need to work for one of the large aircraft companies. That may be difficult without some experience. Your degree raises you above that of a technician but the experience learned by working, as one could be very helpful. My suggestion would be to contact the Avionics companies to get a list of their dealers and send letters (resumes) to the larger ones in the areas in which you would like to work.  Designing and installing the equipment in aircraft can be a great experience. This will give an opportunity to see what area of the field you enjoy most. Sitting behind the desk in a large aircraft company or at a bench in a hangar planning the next installation.
Having an Aircraft and Powerplant license on file with the FAA gets me occasional letters offering me a job installing Avionics from companies around the country. So I believe there should be work available in this area as a start. Go to the Aviation Business Directory to get the list of Avionics companies to start getting the list of companies here in the states or elsewhere.
Bendix/King is one company I would recommend. My records show their address is 400 N. Rogers Rd. Olathe, Kansas 66062 or go to them on line. Explain why you want a list of their dealers for and they may even be interested in you directly. Was one of their distributors and was very satisfied being associated with them at that time.
Loved designing custom installations when I had my business. Creating not only functional and appealing designs, but ones that were easy to service as well.
