Question
dear sir.
iam doing my bachlor's first year in aerospace engineering in malaysia american degree programme. so iam confused that if i doing my bachlor's in mechanical engineering and then can i do my master's degree in aerospace engineering later after a graduate or will be better i do both the bachlor's and master's in aerospace engineering.

Getting a BS in Aerospace (AsE) is a good idea if you are passionate about AsE, as you will cover material you likely wouldn't see in ME...  on the other hand if you are on the fence about AsE or ME, then getting a BS in ME enables you to make a commitment farther down the road (i.e. in graduate studies).  ME is close enough curriculumwise that the "change-over" would not be too terribly bad should you decide to pursue AsE graduate studies ....  there likely would be a few extra courses you would end up taking.....
