Dear David
as an interested Iranian dispatcher who has 10-year experience in this field i would like to know who i can apply for a position as a dispatcher at international level.as a matter of fact i am seeking the related regulations regarding employment as dispatcher in an international airline.

Thank you very much for your question.  I am sorry to say that this question is a bit outside my area of expertise.  However, I have two ideas for you that might help you get an answer:

1.  Contact Allexperts.com and ask the same question of David Bidwell, who is another expert in the aviation careers area.  He has more of an international background than I do and might be able to assist.

2.  Contact the International Air Transportation Association at their website:  http://www.iata.org
As the international regulatory body for international air transport, they might have some sort of publication that addresses your question.
