Question
Does the guided missiles really exist and are used for real missions? Can they really follow a target in motion? If so, how are they controlled and which is their precision?

Answer
This is not my area of expertise but I will answer the best I can. Of course there are guided missiles. There are different guidance systems. Ones that rely on GPS coordinates only and those that also use GPS but have the capability of tracking the target once it's been tagged.
All you need do is look into any GPS mapping system sold in electronic stores. My old system would be an example. The GPS receiver is placed on the dashboard and the data is connected to my laptop. Now a little green dot tells me exactly where I am. As I drive the green dot follows me like a shadow. Should a laser tag me then my position would be traced as I went along so that it can be found by a missile. Onstar is another system that can track you any where. They know where you are at any time. They are available in most General motors automobiles. Lock yourself out of your car? Just call them on the installed satellite phone and they can unlock your car or find the nearest gas station to where your at. Even guide you to the closest restaurant. How accurate? My old system locates me within 15-20 feet with respect to my actual location. Expense systems used in surveying are good to within an inch or so. Hope this helps.
