Question
Does the guided missiles really exist and are used for real missions? Can they really follow a target in motion? If so, how are they controlled and which is their precision?

Answer
Sure guided missiles exist (as a matter of fact most all missiles are guided nowadays).....  They are controlled by various electronics e.g. radar, laser light, infrared, GPS, etc.  Their precision is probably within a few feet of a target but that is a closely guarded secret....

Thanx,
