Question
Mr. Troy,
Can you tell me if Fair Housing Laws regarding discrimination against a disability, includes housing that is funded by a charity - such as Catholic Housing Services?
thank you.

Answer
Hi Leah,

Different State laws my apply differently, for a definitive opinion, you may want to speak with an attorney familiar with the laws in your state.  But the Federal fair housing laws prohibiting discrimination apply to almost all property owners, including private charities.
