Question
Is stocking a crime when they still your identy for blackmailing you while discrimenataton for a health problem?
Hello,
Stalking is a crime only if a person repeatedly follows or harasses another person and makes a credible threat to that person. Identity theft and blackmail are also crimes but are separate ones. Discrimination can be a civil violation of law.
