i was just wondering,which city in Colorado did the Amendment 2 started?hope to hear from you soon.thanks you.

Hi Derrick,
Amendment 2 did not start in any one place. The initiative was put on the ballot by a petition signed by people all over the state. The works was done by a group called "Coalition for Family Values."
It was added to the Constitution by voters from all over the State. The Amendment was passed in reaction to various municipal laws all over the state, including Denver, Boulder, and Aspen, which gave special protections to homosexuals.
The Amendment was eventually struck down by the US Supreme Court in Romer v. Evans.
