My neighbor has a video camera pointing

straght at my trailor. Where my two girls and

I live. I would like to know is that legal for

him to do?

Hi Daniella,

It would appear that your privacy rights are being violated.  I certainly would not want a camera pointing towards my children.  This is not legal advise, but I would contact the local police department immediately and let them know that there is a person who is directing a camera at your daughters' residence.  They truly need to investigate this because in my opinion your right to privacy is being severely violated here and there may be other implications.  If you have any additional questions on this, please feel free to ask.
