Question
In the white house sence at the end ( with the two presidents speaking)when they pull back the camera and before they start focusing on Ryan and girlfriend over the trees and to the left of the white house, I see what looks like the worlds tallest crane(I can not remember it's name)or is that what it even is? What it is doing there? Is it part of the movie or was it just there in Washington D.C. the day they filmed that sence? Please I needed to know - I have watched it over and over and discuss it with friends, and no one knows for sure. Thank you for your time.  Greg

Hey Greg, how's it going? As far as the scene you are referring to in "The Sum of All Fears", I believe that it was just in Washington the day the scene was filmed. It is not there specifically for the movie, though. I hope I helped you settle any disputes with your friends, hehe.
