i have meet a nigerian girl online and i want to travel here to the USA. she tells me she needs 2 thousand dollars to have with her just to get here. is this true or a scam?

it depends what she says she needs the US$2000 for?

her plane ticket would cost about that much I would think. but to come to the USA she will need to show she can support herself or you will support her otherwise she wont get a visa.

it could very easily be a scam though i would stick to being pen pals!
