Agriculture/tomatoe illness

Question
I have grown few tomatoes plants in my garden. Yellow dots are appearing on the leaves on the basis of the plant. That illness gradually moves all over the plant leading to its death. Your assistance would be very helpful.

Answer
Dear Nikos,
If the tomato plants were healthy when you got them, it sounds like a fungus that is present in the soil.  I'm guessing to treat it will require changing the pH and probably letting the land lie fallow, not growing anything for a season.  If you move the tomatoes, you will only spread the problem.
I'm sorry.
Kind Regards,
Kindred
