Question
I want to start a organic hog farm. But I don't know where to go to get my organic cert. I called lots of times to the USDA but they just send me to there web site where I will spend hours looking for info on how to become organic. I just need to know where I would go to get my cert. Can you help me?

The only thing I can think of is to start locally. Is there someone in your area that is organic? If so ask them. Next would be to ask your County Extension Agent how to go about going organic. I have never desired to go organic so I have never looked into this. I hope this information has helped you. Good luck
