Hello,
We would like to know when farmers start planting in Missouri and how long after that would most crops get to the two leaf stage?

You will need to ask someone in Missouri. Here in Oregon the frozen ground still has snow on it.
Try contacting the County extinsion service, they should be listed in the phone book. They can answer all of your questions.
