Question
Is bull meat basically the same as that from a cow or a steer or is it strong flavored or better for other uses? we don't know whether to send it to auction or have it butchered.

Answer
Mona
Bull meat is tough. Hamburge and roast are the best use for the meat. I've had the meat and I did not think it was too strong tasting. Check the going price to decide which is best, the auction or butcher. Then check the price of meat in the store.
