Question
How do I go about finding the circumference of a circle when I know the square footage I need is 5000 square feet

Answer
Bernadette
Without doing the work for you I will give you the formula; a stright line drawn from the center of a circle to the outside edge (circumference) is the radius. The radius is one-half the length of the diameter. 'The circumference of a circle is found by multiplying the diameter by 3.1416'.

If my math is correct try a circumference of 31,830 feet.
Hope this will help,
