Question
Is it bad to have dead bunnies as a fertilizer? Will there be diseases that could harm human?

Answer
Jerry
what did the bunnies die from? If it was natural death they will break down to natural protein and carbon which is the building block of all life. If they died from a disease, you could bury them extra deep where editable crops will not be raised, they will break down and should not cause a problem.
