The best way I know of would be to order peanut seeds from a garden catalog, and follow the directions. You can not use the roasted peanuts. I don't know the area you live just be sure it is warm enough to grow them.
Good luck,
Richard

Richard,
Thank you for your prompt reply, I have attained some raw peanuts and have small sprout aids (little contaniners made of light netting and fertile soil) and plan to plant the seeds in them to get them to sprout. Would like your input into that plan, please.
Secondly, I'm in the southwest (Mesa, Az)and we have warm climate here, I was wondering if there were any other plants that I could plant alongside the peanuts that may aide their growth.
Finally, what is the best way to find or create a rich loam bed?
Thank you for your help.

Answer
Art,
I would place the peanut seed in a pot to make sure it will sprout and then plant it where you want it. I would not plant anything next to the peanuts so that it can use all the room to grow. Plus, if you should need to pull up that plant you would break the peanuts' roots. Remember to, pull any weeds when they are small so as not to break the roots. For loam soil try making a compose pile and add the finished product to you soil. See if you can also collect your neighbors grass clippings.
Hope this helps,
Richard
