how we can prepare good soil for planting using remenats?
What is the best way for planting potatoes?

I need more information in order to answer  your questions. What type of soil do you have? Is it clay, sand or loam? Where do you live? I need to know this to know when you can plant potatoes. What do you have to add to the soil to make it better? Send this information to me and I will try to help.

Experience

Been farming in Southern Oregon at 4200 foot elevation for 35 years. Make my own decisions of what crops to plant, what and when to fertilizer, irrigation with sprinklers (hand line and wheelline). Maintain my equipment.
