Air Quality/Unleaded vs leaded Gas

Question
Hello!
My question is what are  the pro and cons  to both unleaded and leaded gas?

Answer
There is no "pro" with leaded gas from an air quality perspective.  Lead in the air is highly detrimental to health particularly with small children.  For more than 25 years, refiners have been able to eliminate lead from gasoline without sacrificing the needed octane number.  Some of the lead substitutes are also hazardous, but probably not as bad (from an air quality perspective)as lead all things considered.
