Question
Please inform me on the ambient air standards being promulgated for emission of ethyl mercaptan and methyl mercaptan in a few countries?

Answer
I'm not aware of any new ambient air standards for methyl or ethyl mercapan being promulgated.  Most of the literature on the compounds refer to OSHA or Occupational heatlth standards.  Typically the value for the compounds is 0.5 PPM for 15 minutes and that's a ceiling or threshold limit value.
