Question
QUESTION: Hi there,
Planning to fly out to Singapore via Dubai with EK in the summer. Our flight arrives at midnight and our connection leaves at around 9 in the morning... Does the airline have any obligation to provide any facilities in this case or is it just if there is a delay?
Also if a connection between planes took place during the day , could you leave the airport and go into town are return for the second leg or do you have to remain airside?
thanks
Luke

ANSWER: Dear Luke,

The airline is not responsible for this connection. Only if they misconnect you. For this particular itinerary, you will need to make you own arrangements for the overnight.
Also, in order to answer you if you can leave the airport I'll need some information such as your nationality and your itinerary, to check any visa requirements.

Best Regards,
