Question
I flew through turkish airlines in september where on my arrival at destination my checked-in luggage was lost. I recevied it later but I found my laptop missing from it. I have boarding pass and reciept of late delivery. Both show clear weight difference. I have been sending e-mails to turkish airlines and they are not reponding to it.  I have informed turkish airlines that my laptop is of lot of importance to me as it contains very important data. Its loss could put my career as a student on stake. Please let me know is there any legal action I can do against turkish airlines improper response.

Answer
Dear Hassan,

Normally notebooks are to be carried with you hand cabin baggage and some airlines enforced this practice. If you did not receive this warning you can open a legal action against Turkish Airlines.
