Question
I have a US Visitor visa (class B1/B2). I'm supposed to transit through a US airport to another destination. Can I transit through a US airport with my US B1/B2 visa? Thank you for your concern.

Answer
Dear Gunaratne,

Yes you can. The visa that you have allows you to enter or transit the US.

In fact please allow yourself at least two hours between flights to play safe and avoid misconnection problems. Also it's a good idea to have you itinerary printed with you.

Best Regards,
