Answer Hi Don,
to change your flight with United Airlines, please go to http://www.united.com/page/article/0,6722,51160,00.html?navSource=Dropdown07&lin... and click on change itinerary.
Here is the information from their website
After changes to your flight(s) are complete, any fare difference, including applicable taxes and service charges, will be assessed. The price difference will either be refunded to the original credit card or charged to the provided form of payment.
To change your flight(s) and E-Ticket online you may retrieve your reservation by using one of the following:
Mileage Plus number and password**
Confirmation number and last name
E-Ticket number and last name
Credit card number and last name
To make online changes, you must:
Have an E-Ticket issued in U.S. dollars
Have an E-Ticket for travel on flights marketed by United, United Express or Ted. These flights may be operated by an alliance carrier.
Have an E-Ticket issued using a published fare
Have an E-Ticket issued for one way or roundtrip travel
Please follow the instructions and you should have success.
Hope this helps.
