Question
I want to go to turkey. I have a passport already and it's good for a few more years. I'm 17. I don't live with my parents but I'm not emancipated. My uncle has partial guardianship. Do I need to tell my parents or guardians and do they need to do anything? Can I go without telling them?

Answer
Dear Rebecca,

There are some things I need to know before answering your question.

1. Which nationality you have on your passport?
and
2. What will be your itinerary? Departing and transit points.
