QUESTION: Good day! Thank you so much for the respond u made about the connecting flight. It helps me a lot and know what to do now. I have another question sir and it is about the online ticket i purchased - itenary. I am coming to USA after 2 years and plan to stay in teh philippines for 2 years till my fiance gets approval by the US embassy in the philippines. How about my itenary ticket, i want to sell it because i will no longer be needing it after i present it to the immigration of phil for extension. Where and how i can sell my itenary ticket going bak to USA? My name shows on itenary so how can i sell it? Can i sell it to the airline ticketing office? I dont want to waste it  it cost so much so want to sell it. Thank you and hope for your kind respond again sir.

ANSWER: Dear Concon,

You can go to the issuing airline office and ask for refund.
Please note that some tickets (or portions of it) are non-refundable  (I do not know if this applies to your case).

QUESTION: Good day sir. Tomorrow is my departure going to manila thru philippine airline. Do you have any idea about the baggage allowance that is allowed to bring. I went into PAL website but seems confusing to understand about how many baggage is allowed to bring and the weight. I have two baggage with 55 pounds each and one carry on baggage. Can you please halep me?

Dear Concon,

For tickets issued before July 1st, 2008 the baggage allowance is:

- maximum of two (2) pieces with a total dimension 107 inches (273 cms) and no piece exceeding 62 inches (158 cms).  Each piece should not exceed 32 kilograms (70 lbs).

For tickets issued after July 1st, 2008:

- maximum of two (2) pieces with a total dimension 107 inches (273 cms) and no piece exceeding 62 inches (158 cms).  Each piece should not exceed 23 kilograms (50 lbs).
