Answer
Dear CJ,

Let's go step by step:

1. When checking in in Mobile, ask the American Airlines staff to tag your baggage to your final destination Manila and ask them if they have an agreement with Philippines Airlines that enables them to produce all the boarding passes of your itinerary.

You'll need to show your itinerary with all flights involved confirmed. Also ask them to seat you on the row seats close to the exit. Since you made an online booking, you'll probably paid for the whole ticket (Mobile-Manila) in this transaction.

Finally, ask them to send a message to LA to have an agent at the gate to assist you on your connection.

2. When arriving in LA, you'll be arriving at AA gate on Terminal 4.
Your Philippines Airlines flight will be departing from Tom Bradley Terminal.

3. If AA in Mobile produced all your boarding passes, just go to Philippine Airlines counter and show them your documentation and reconfirm the gate number. If not you'll need to check in again with Philippines. Also check the boarding passes for the Guam-Manila flight.

For LAX airport map, check this link:

4. The same procedure will take place in Guam. You'll be in transit and be transferred to your flight to Manila, where you'll be inspected by Immigration and Customs.

Hope this helps.
If you'll need any additional information, please let me know.
Best Regards,
