Question
Hi. I know that when traveling for Thanksgiving, most people choose to travel the day before, but what about Thanksgiving Day? Is it ever easier and less hectic to travel on Thanksgiving? Thanks

Answer
Dear Danielle,

Since historically Thanksgiving falls on a Thursday, most people take advantage of this long weekend and plan the return trip for late Saturday and all day long Sunday.  Due to this travel on the Thanksgiving day itself and the following day are less hectic than these days.

Hope this helps,
Regards,
R. Gomes
