Question
My partner and I are travelling from Vancouver to Samoa via LA will we need USA visa's we both are E.U citizens and hold E.U. passports

Dear Leo,

The Visa Waiver Program, allow travellers of the below countries to enter or transit the US:

Andorra, Iceland, Norway, Ireland, Portugal, Austria, Italy, San Marino, Belgium, Liechtenstein, Denmark, Luxembourg, Spain, Finland, Monaco, Sweden, France, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Germany and the United Kingdom.

Also some requirements will be in place effective August 1, 2008.
