Question
Traveling from Seattle to Dubai.  6'1" tall and 185lbs.  should i travel the distance with one or two stops with several hour layover at each or do it in one 15 hour flight from SFO?  I don't travel much and usually not more than a 5 hr. flight which is about my comfort limit.

Answer
Hello sir, thank you for contacting me.
to answer your question the easy way, you should do what is most comfortable.  But if you ask for my opinion, I will pick the 1 long haul.  Here is why.  If you transfer somewhere, then that means the travel time is longer.  Which means more stress on your body. time differences do take a toll if you stop over somewhere.  Now, I have heard from my parent that his legs had problems after a long haul.

THE BEST WAY - Take a long haul, ask for a exit row to get more leg room. If you can't get a isle for sure.  It is a big difference.  Also, try to take Milatonin/easy and safe sleeping med. It will make your jet lag better.  it is not too strong either.  I am 19 and 100lbs I take it when i want to sleep on the plane. (I know I am skinny) Noise cancellation headphones do help too. I have a Bose.

If you decide to take a connection flight, take one at a big airport.  In my opinion, you should take it at S. Korea. It is well known for hospitality.

If you are taking Qatar or Emirates, you will have a nice flight for sure.
