Air Travel/Lost Travel Voucher

Question
My husband and I were bumped from our flight to LA from Rome a few months ago. They issued us two $400 travel vouchers, but we lost them when we got home. Can we replace them? If so, how do we replace them? Who do we call? What information do they need?

Thanks!

Answer
Dear Corinne,

You'll need to write or get in touch with the airline, providing all the details, such as flight number and date and ask for the replacement.

If the voucher were issued on your name, the higher is the chance to get them replaced. If not, anyone who may found it can use it.

Hope you make it.
Best Regards,
R. Gomes
