Question
Hi,

We'll be travelling to Santiago, Chile in Feb.2010 from LAX through Atlanta. I used my Delta Miles to redemed the tickets. The flight from L.A. arrives Atlanta at 7:20 pm and the flight (also Delta) leave for Santiago at 8:20 pm. I only have one hour lay over time. Do I have sufficient time? Delta told me that it's a valid connection and it should be okay. There are earlier flight leave from L.A., but then I have to pay $100 to make any change.......What do you think?  Thanks so much!!!

Answer
I think that is cutting it a bit.  I suggest you call them again and tell them to change it.  i went to japan and i had 1 hour too for connection, they changed it even if it was booked with award miles on Northwest.

Be persistent when asking.  :)

best regards.
