Question
Is it possible to not take part of your itinerary?

Person is flying to Italy and spending a week with his father then has a flight to Serbia.  He will then fly back to Italy and return to the United States.  Is it possible for him not to take the flight from Italy to Serbia and instead have his father drive him or does he have to take the flight or the rest of his ticket will be canceled?

Airlines are Delta to Italy, Czech from Italy to Serbia and back to Italy, and NWA/KLM back to the United States.  I was told by Expedia no changes could be made to this itinerary since Czech Airlines has a restrictive policy which affects the itinerary.  Will his return flight be canceled if he does not take all the flights?

Thank you.

Answer
Even if you do not show up on your flight, I don't think the whole itinerary will get canceled.  You should ask Expedia and the airlines directly to ask them about it because each airlines has different policy on that.

You shouldn't cancel it on Expedia tho. The airline Co. will help you more.
