Question
I am planning a trip to Europe in a few weeks and don't know what name to book my flights under. My passport is in my maiden name but my legal name is my married name. If i book under my maiden name and my passport matches it will i get questioned? should i carry my marriage certificate, birth certificate and ID as well just in case? thank you.

Answer
Dear Lindi,

Since you did not buy your ticket yet, book your reservations with your maiden name as in your passport. Once you get back, update your passport.
Carry with you your ID and marriage certificate if you need to use your credit card if it's printed with your married name.

Best Regards,
