Question
hi,
i have a question about international traveling..i have a friend who wants to fly to honduras but she is only 17 yeras old and she wants a family firend who is 27 years old to accompany her..waht regualtions are there for international traveling if your with a family friend and he is ove18 years old? do her parents need to sign any papers?..

Answer
Dear Eve,

At some airlines, ages from 15 through 17 years of age are considered Young Adults.
No parents consent is needed, altough you'll need to check with the airline any restrictions to enter Honduras.
Airlines reserves the right to request documented proof of age for young adults traveling alone. Please be prepared to provide documentation (birth certificate, passport, etc.) upon request.

Best Regards,
