Air Travel/private airports and passport control

Question
I'm writing a thriller, and here's one of the scenarios:  Passengers charter a corporate jet to take them from a small, privately owned airport (it's really a strip of land on someone's property) in France to a small, privately owned airport in Britain, another strip of land on someone's property.
What passport controls would the passengers have to go through in France and Britain?
What paperwork would the charter jet pilots have to fill out?
Thanks a lot for any help,
Steve

Answer
Dear Steve,

In real world, a flight plan is not approved if the originating and the destination airports involved can not meet the basic criteria of the main airports, i.e., have controls such as Immigration and Customs.

Normally for private jets, a passenger manifest list is required with crew and passenger's names.
