Question
I am looking for a ticket to go from airport A to airport B and return.  When searching ticket prices, I find if I leave out of airport C with stopover in airport A outbound to B and the return is B ending in A (search engine allowed you to pick airports in a certain radius) all on the same airline, would airline mind if you missed flight from C to A and just went straight to A and picked up first flight there?

Answer
Dear Greg,

Once you buy a ticket, you must use the coupons in sequence.
Airlines are aware of such "tricks" and protect themselves with this procedure.
You may in the end to collect additional taxes, depending on the fare rules and restrictions.
