Question
i want to pay for another persons flight but i do not want them to be able to change destination or be able to cash in ticket, how do i do this?

Answer
Dear Roy,

Interesting question, since the introduction of electronic tickets the old practice of the PTA - Prepaid Ticket Advise - is probably not in use anymore.

Please allow me a day or two to further investigate this.

Best Regards,

Dear Roy,

Sorry for coming back with such delay.
Any ticket (if non-refundable) can be refunded either by the person who originally buy it or by the passenger whose name appears on the tickey name field. The "owner" can also make changes, i.e. destination, dates, etc...
Best Regards,
R. Gomes
