I was wondering if you could help me with this one.

I'd like to know when is the best time to buy the cheapest tickets to New Zealand, Europe and Canada, from Santiago Chile. It could be any advice, such as cheapest (but not least safe) airline, website that offers the cheapest flights, etc, but particularly when is the best period/season to buy them, so I can make better travel plans.

I suggest cheapoair.com, cheaptickets.com, statravel.com, expedia, and priceline.

For New Zealand, the best is Air New Zealand (no joke). If u want to fly on a very stylish airline with compatible prices, try V Australia. It flies out nonstop from LAX.

For Canada, I suggest Air Canada, for Europe, Virgin Atlantic, Lufthansa, and other Star Alliance partner carriers are very good. Except United Airlines.
