Hi,
I need to fly frequently from SLC to BWI this year. I was wondering if I could buy Delta travel vouchers at a flat rate as opposed to purchasing each ticket individually.

I do not know where you can BUY the travel vouchers, but i suggest you look on expedia, cheaptickets, travelocity, STA travel.com, or similar databases to find round trip ticket or one way tickets. usually, they range from $300-$500 round trip.
You can contact Delta Airlines to ask them if you can purchase the vouchers, but i doubt that. They usually give those out due to travel problems by the airlines.
