Question
I'm traveling with Czech Airlines turn-return from Berlin to Beirut via Prague for business.The time between the flights(with the same carrier) are 12 and 13 hours. Is the carrier responsibly to accommodate a hotel?

No. If the airline had operational problems that cancelled the flight and left you stranded at the airport, most airlines would give you a hotel room. However, from what you have told me, you made this reservation knowing beforehand that the layover is extremely long, yet you agreed to buy the itinerary anyway. Therefore, they are not responsible to provide you with accommodations. If this is 12-13 hours overnight, this is very unfortunate, but hopefully Prague will be entertaining.
