Question
Mr. Gomes...my husband and I are going on a cruise which terminates in Rome.   The one way ticket back from Rome to the states is 2-3 times higher.  As US citizens, are we allowed to purchase a r/t ticket originating in Rome and end back in Raleigh, and then just not use the return to Rome?  Your help is gratly appreciated...thank you

Answer
Dear Stacey,

For sure the OW tickets are much higher than the RT ones.
If you find a RT fare that you mentioned there is no problem just to not "show up" for the returning flight to Rome. If this fare is refundable you can apply later on for it.

Have a wonderful trip.
My best Regards,
R. Gomes
