Question
United Airline has taking over $400.00 out of my Bank. When I called them and ask how were they able to take the money out. They keep telling me there is nothing showing my name or debit card.in there
system. They told me to go on line to request the money be put back into my account.I dont know how to do this.

Answer
Dear Ronda,

First of all you'll need to contact your bank and ask them for the proof of such debit.
If they can provide such evidence then you'll need to contact United Airlines to ask them for any evidence linked with such debt.
If the bank can not produce such evidence, you'll need to ask them for the proper refund.

My best Regards,
